Claviers is very close to Bargemon, a typical Provençal village in the French department of VAR that lies at 500 meters altitude and has about 1400 inhabitants. Surrounded by beautiful nature, vineyards and olive trees, this place is the ideal base for a wonderful holiday.

For both the beach lover and the nature lover there are plenty of possibilities. Visit one of the most beautiful villages of France, many of the “Les plus beaux villages de France” are nearby, possible to combine this with a visit to one of the local markets in the area.

Swimming: Lake, sea, swimming pool,…

Walking: In the region there are several beautiful routes, both for beginners and for the more experienced hiker.

Climbing, rafting,

Bicycles: There is a possibility to rent a mountain bike or e-bike in the neighburghood, different bike tours are possible by following the indicated routes.

RATES

From 890€ to 1500€/Weekly depending on the season

The rental price includes water and electricity. Bed linen, one bath towel and one small towel per person are included. Beach/swimming pool towels are not included.

Final cleaning is 85€ and must be paid in cash at check-out.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Dogs are allowed with the prior approval of the owners.

Breakfast is possible with an additional payment. This will be served on the terrace of Mas La Jaïna, located in between Claviers and Bargemon.

Inventory and guarantee

Only bookings from persons aged 18 or older will be accepted.

The tenant is not permitted to give the holiday home under any name or for any reason whatsoever to persons other that those mentioned in the reservation. The holiday home may only be occupied by the number of people specified at the time of the reservation.

The holiday home will be delivered neatly by the tenant after the end of the stay.

Damage, defects or missing items must be reported directly to the owner by the tenant.

In the event of later employment or early termination of the stay in the holiday home, the full rent will remain due.

Payments

If it concerns a reservation within 30 days before the start of the stay, you must transfer the full amount within 7 days after reservation by bank to our account number.

In case of early booking you must pay 50% of the total amount within 7 days, the remainder (50% of the total rent) must be transferred to our bank account 30 days before the start of the stay.

Cancellation policy

The tenant may terminate the contract at any time, subject to payment of a lump sum compensation that is determined as follows:

  • Up to 60 days before the arrival: 50% of the advances already paid.
  • Between 60 days and 30 days before arrival: 80% of the amount already paid.
  • Between 30 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the amount already paid.
